Privacy policy

1. What data do we collect?

We only collect data you give us voluntarily through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if you add one — that field is optional)
• The content of your message

When the form is submitted, what you entered reaches us as an email. We store enquiries in no separate database. Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps a short-term request log containing the time of the request and the IP address; it is used only to resolve faults and to block spam bots.

2. Why do we collect it?

We use your data only to:

• Answer your enquiry
• Send you a quote
• Get in touch with you about a project

The basis for processing is the enquiry you initiated and the pre-contractual discussion that follows from it.

We don't send you advertising, we don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell your data to anyone.

3. How long do we keep it?

Your data is kept:

• The form submission in our mailbox, for up to 2 years
• Email correspondence, for up to 2 years from the last message
• If you become a client, accounting records for 7 years, as the law requires

No separate form service holds your enquiry — the only copy is in our mailbox, and we delete them from there regularly.

4. Third parties

Our website and contact form run on third-party infrastructure, so your enquiry passes through these processors:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts the website, collects anonymous visit statistics and processes your enquiry at the moment it is sent
• Resend (USA) — delivers your enquiry to our mailbox as an email
• Google (Workspace) — the notification and all further correspondence go through our email

All of these providers are located in the United States, so your data leaves the European Union. The services are used under their own data processing terms.

If you'd rather your data didn't pass through them, don't use the contact form — call or email us directly.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy
• Have your data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict processing or object to it
• Receive your data in a machine-readable format

Want to see or delete your data? Write to us: contact@severun.com. We reply within 30 days, and one sentence is enough for deletion — we won't ask why.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies. We collect anonymous visit statistics — page views, referring site, country, device type — through Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and stores nothing in your browser. You are not identified: your IP address is not retained; it is used only to derive a one-day anonymous hash that cannot be traced back to you. We have no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no other tracking services. That is also why there is no cookie consent banner — no processing takes place that would require consent.

The only thing the site stores in your browser is one technical flag in session storage: it remembers whether the logo animation has already played in this browser session. The flag holds no information about you, is never sent anywhere and disappears when you close the tab.

Fonts are served from our own server rather than an external font service, so opening the page sends your IP address to no third party.
